Here's what you need to know: My programs are based on your unique family needs which create positive and lasting change, without using Cry It Out. How is this possible you might be asking.  Simple. With my guidance, not only will you have a better sleeper (using the science of sleep), you will also be creating an unbreakable bond of trust and love between you and your child. This is where my many years of working with hundreds of families and taking part in in-home consultations, not only strengthened my gift of intuition, but also the way I customize a behavioral sleep training method for your child.  Dreamy, right?!

 

Since there are only so many hours in a day, I do have an application process for consideration in working privately with me. I can't work privately with every parent, but I'm intensely committed to the parents I work with who are 100% ready and committed to getting sleep.

 

It’s never an “is this going to work?” scenario. I can honestly say that I have a 100% success rate nearly a decade of working with hundreds of clients, as well as being awarded as one of the top sleep consultants in the U.S. in 2018. 😊

Did you know the sleep training method itself is only 10% of the whole process? 😱  Let me walk you through the three easy steps that will get your child sleeping through the night, eliminate or prevent early risings, and have long naps that last 1.5 hours EACH or more.

One on One support packages, Mini Sleep Sessions, and Q & A Session.

 

One on One Support Package for my VIP's (that's Very Important Parents!) are a few very active weeks with unlimited communication at the beginning, where we work closely to create and implement your customized plan and methods, then a year of Q&A support for life's hiccups and changes. Teething? Vacations? Regressions? I've got your back. Packages to work privately start at $2,500, and you can complete an application right here.

 

You will receive :

  • Guarantee for Better Sleep

  • 11 months of on going support to address next milestones, teething, traveling, illnesses, and any other potential sleep disruptions that will happen.

  • Customized nap and bedtime sleep plan based on my trademarked program: Sleep Trifecta

  • Digital Sleep Log

  • All the communication mentioned above

 

This program is perfect for families that

  • currently bed share
  • nurse on demand
  • have more than 1 sleep association
    • ex: needs to be rocked and nursed to sleep 
  • prefer a gentle technique

 

Mini Sleep Sessions let us work together privately to resolve smaller problems. There are 7 sessions with 2 months of support, with the first being an hour long and the 6 following sessions are half an hour each.  A Sessions package is only $897 and no application is necessary; you can sign up for that here. (You'll 'check out' will then be prompted to schedule your sessions - make sure you start with the 1-hour starter session!)

  • Customized nap and bedtime sleep plan based on my trademarked program: Sleep Trifecta

  • Digital Sleep Log

  • All the communication mentioned above

 

This program is perfect for families that:

  • have 1 sleep association and are open to techniques from the most direct to the most gradual
  • great for toddlers ( 2.5 years plus)
  • need solutions for naps / creating a routine / breaking bad habits / time changes / vacations & travel

Q&A Session  is perfect for a tune up, a specific issue, or general questions about sleep.  For upto 30 minutes, it's just you and me chatting on the phone where you can ask me any sleep related question. It's your chance to get my ears and eyeballs on your specific sleep problem and discuss a solution together. With nearly a decade of working with hundreds of successful cases around the globe, I am here to share with you. A Q&A Session is only $97. Click here to get started.

One on One Support

Ready to work 1-on-1? Select a time for your no-obligation consultation. We’ll discuss what you’re looking to achieve with your sleep goals. This program is exclusive to families that are ready to start sleeping ASAP. Only a select few get chosen during the application process because of the amazing support offered to guarantee better sleep. In addition of 11 months of on going support to address next milestones, teething, traveling, illnesses, and any other potential sleep disruptions that will happen.

 

Important things to be aware of:

 

  • Calls are completed over Zoom.

  • In 2-parent households, both parents need to be on the call to get everyone on the same page about our time together.

  • In-Home Consultations available

  • Change isn't an overnight process, and consistency is key.

Mini Sleep Sessions

Want support for a specific sleep challenge? Sweet sleep. You need it.  And so does your baby. Sign up for a package of 7 sessions to get private support, quickly.

 

During the scheduling process, I’ll ask a series of questions to prepare for our time together. Take your time with your responses. The more detail you provide, the better I can serve you. Anything you share is 100% confidential.

 

 

 

Important things to be aware of:

 

  • Sessions are completed over Zoom.

  • Unused sessions expire after 2 months

  • Change isn't an overnight process, and consistency is key.
